Our Shared Living Program is designed for adults who can live independently while enjoying the benefits of community living.
Applicants should be able to manage daily activities independently, including personal hygiene, simple meals, safe movement, dressing, medication, and basic housekeeping.
Applicants may qualify with mild, stable health conditions and manageable medication needs. They should not require skilled nursing, memory care, or 24-hour supervision. A medical assessment may be required.
Applicants must show safe and appropriate behavior, avoid aggression or disruptive conduct, and be willing to live cooperatively with other residents.
Applicants must have a guaranteed income source, such as Social Security, pension, VA benefits, disability payments, annuity, employment income, or other documented income. They must be able to cover monthly program fees, and proof of income will be required.
Our house rules ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
Residents are expected to treat others with respect, maintain a calm living environment, respect personal space, and keep noise at a reasonable level.
Residents must keep their rooms and shared spaces clean, report any damages, avoid tampering with safety equipment, and dispose of trash properly.
Residents should follow quiet hours, inform staff if they will be away overnight, attend required check-ins, and follow the daily structure of the home.
Residents must follow all safety procedures, keep exterior doors locked, avoid unauthorized visitors, and report any safety concerns to staff immediately.
